MCG runs alongside a full-time role and takes a small number of engagements at a time, so intake is selective by necessity, not as a sales posture. The work that gets accepted: fabrication-grade modeling and detailing, prefab and spooling systems, data and template architecture, and production Revit automation — for contractors and teams investing in how they build, not shopping for the cheapest hands. If you’re comparing hourly rates against an offshore modeling bench, I’m the wrong hire, and I’ll say so in the first reply.

If it’s a fit, we get on a short scoping call — free, direct, and honest in both directions. Paid work always starts with a written quote: fixed scope, deliverables, and timeline. If you don’t need a consultant, I’ll tell you that too.
A good first email names a specific problem: conduit constructability, panel schedule integrity, spool output, model setup, a coordination risk, or a workflow your team is sick of doing by hand. “Pick your brain” sessions aren’t the business — defined problems are.
