Coordination readiness review

An independent, electrical-aware read on your federated model before a milestone locks decisions in. Clash detection is commodity work — anyone with Navisworks can generate a report. What’s scarce is judgment about which hits actually move when you build.

Why an independent read

  • Noise vs. risk. Clash software flags everything. Field crews care about the duct over your feeder, structure tight to gear, and access that blocks rough-in. Duplicate clearance hits don’t belong in the same meeting as real coordination problems.
  • Electrical-aware prioritization. This review is run by a former journeyman electrician and superintendent, not a report generator. Pull access, hanger routes, working clearance, and constructability drive the ranking — not raw trade-pair counts.
  • Meeting-ready output. A prioritized risk list and a coordination agenda, not a spreadsheet to scroll.

What you get

  • Prioritized clash report (PDF + spreadsheet) — trade pair, severity, stage, focused on items that change scope or sequence
  • Top-10 field risk list with recommended owner and next step
  • Coordination agenda for your next one or two meetings
  • Recorded or live walkthrough of the findings

Scope

One federated package (NWD/NWF, ACC/BIM 360 link, or IFC set). Hard and soft clash review with written deliverables. This is a second opinion before a milestone — not embedded coordination, re-modeling, or ongoing monitoring; those are quoted as separate engagements. Mutual NDA available before any model transfer.
